Position: Test Analyst

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience with financial services systems, particularly Mobile Money, USSD/SMS, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify even the most subtle issues that could impact the user experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving testing processes.
