Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago ‘PUNCHED’ CS Charles Keter in the NOSE over Jobs for Kalenjins in Government
A video has resurfaced online in which Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago hit out Senator Charles Keter saying he is the cause of the infighting in Rift Valley. Governor Mandago claims Hon Keter (now CS Energy) altered the recent list of State appointments.

H.E Governor Jackson Mandago said ane we quaote :>>> “Listen and listen well, and we do not want anybody to tell us not to talk. They (government) made some appointments, what Oscar (Sudi) was talking about. We gave out some names. And, I don’t want to beat around the bush anymore. Why did Kericho Senator Charles Keter amend the list we had submitted?
