The leanest Cabinet ever . Dr. Kiano was the only one with PH.D. Mbiyu Koinange had an M. A. Mboya was a Form 4 but the most shrewd of them all. Kikuyu had a lion’s share in this Cabinet. Let me try to recall this lineup:
