Jubilee TV Propagandist Jacque Maribe and her fiancé Jowie Irungu will remain in custody until October 24.
Justice James Wakiaga directed the two to report back in court on Wednesday for the mention of the murder case.
“We will hear the application on from 11.30am,” Wakiaga said.
The judge said if need be, the accused may submit any supplementary affidavits before the date.
Ms Maribe is a single mother of a four year old son, requested the court to release her so that she can take care of her son. The paternity of her son is a guarded secret with rumours mills alleging that the father is a top Jubilee official who cannot be names for fear of ruining his young family
The two love birds (JACQUE & JOWIE) have denied killing businesswoman Monica Kimani on September 19 at Lamuria Gardens Apartments.
In her bail application through lawyer Katwa Kigen, Ms Maribe says she is innocent in the eyes of the law.
She adds that there is no evidence showing she was involved in the murder, hence, it would be unfair to keep her in custody.
In her TV reporting spanning over 5 years, Ms Maribe was biased towards Jubilee and is said to have had flings with Jubilee top leadership. In the court papers she admits to have met Jowie during Jubilee events where she held fort for the party.
Several jubilee operatives have visited her in court including Statehouse propagandist Dennis Itumbi, ‘Kikuyu supremacist’ Hon Mose Kuria and Jubilee top man Hon Sakaja Johnson. It is also said that she got special messages (kaa ngumu/strong)from top jubilee officials who cannot be named in this post for fear of another murder owing to his/their strong network with special assignment squads that are blamed for elimination of the likes of Jacob Juma.
Many Kenyans sympathize with Maribe who they see as a victim of love and a good dick addict after terrible bad sex experience with a former fiance. Investigators have indicated that his current fiance is a personal entertainer with mastery in sex tricks including bondage sex game…
