Premier Raila Odinga is at Maside Muliro University, Kakamega County for a youth consultative forum dubbed Kikao. More than five thousand youth have assembled to caucus with the CORD Leader on various issues affecting the youth in Kenya.
The first of Kikao caucus was held on 29th May 2016 in Mombasa and was hosted by Governor Hassan Joho and presided over by PM Raila.
