President Uhuru will shortly be addressing media at Statenouse Nairobi. a brief Press release by PSCU only indicated that the president will be talking about IEBC. Well, depending on who he has been consulting he may likely take a soft position and contradict his sorry DP Wiliam Ruto.
The president is also expected to touch on the issue of police brutality that has seen more than 6 Luos shot dead and dozens with injuries in Kisumu,Homa Bay , Migori and Siaya
