Tiaty MP Hon Kasait has revealed why DP Ruto was humiliated after he attempted to see retired President Daniel Arap Moi by force at his Kabarak home.
Hon Kasait confirmed DP Ruto had no appointment and was only forcing his way to see mzee by use of force (impunity). The KANU MP said the DP was guilty of tresspass as Kabarak home is the private residence for retired presidency.
Mzee Moi’s official residence is Kabarnet gardens Nairobi/opposite Kibera that is where one can visit without appointment and will not risk to be sued for trespass for it may be considered as public office but his family home in Nakuru is private and all visitors including President Uhuru and supreme leader Raila Odinga should obtain an appointment prior any visit.
