Fellow Kenyans, IFMIS is a big scam. IFMIS looting began by Anne Waiguru when she was its Director and Uhuru Kenyatta was then Minister for Finance.
Waiguru gave the IFMIS tender to her friend and relative Mr. Karani Nyamu and Karani’s partner Mr. Luke Ouko. Karani and Luke owned two companies, Verve K. O. Ltd and Zinga Technologies that were both awarded projects interchangeably at Treasury amounting to over Ksh3 billion.
The projects were single sourced. Once Waiguru became CS, she also awarded same companies work at her ministry departments including Huduma Centres Ksh600 million (BI & Analytics project). She brought in Linksoft for ERP project worth sh800 million.
Waiguru also arm-twisted KRA to award Verve K. O. Ltd project for BI & Analytics for Ksh700m. Kenyans, if you recall the Aston Martin car that Waiguru’s son posted on Instagram driving belonged to one of the Verve K.O directors. Kenya is in total crisis.
