Interior and Coordination Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i has been given until 2.30 pm to produce NRM leader General Miguna Miguna in court.
Making the ruling High Court judge George Odunga also instructed Mr. Matiangi, Inspector General Joseph Boinnet and acting director of immigration Joseph Munywoki to appear in person
“Mr. Mutinda I will not accept affidavits or people coming to stand here in their place. They have to appear before me at 2.30pm in person,” Justice Odunga said.
