BARINGO: Tension was high in Kabartonjo, Baringo County as police confronted residents demonstrating against Deputy President William Ruto’s visit to region. The residents accused Jubilee government of unfulfilled promises and sackings of public servants from their Kalenjin community. They cited David Kimaiyo and Yatich Kangugo both of whom were recently relieved of their duties from the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA).
