Kilifi County Governor H.E Amason Kingi has opened 5 civil cases against top Jubilee Operatives who colluded with Central Bank IFMIS officials to steal sh51 million from the county.
In a case that will demonstrate the resolve of Governor Amason Kingi to trail, trace and recover funds stolen by Jubilee top operatives, Governor Kingi has so far won round one by getting interim orders FREEZING the accounts of the Mt. Kenya thieves.
