Mandera Senator Hon Billow Kerrow has lectured President Uhuru Kenyatta on his continued persecution of the Somali community, he blasted Uhuru regime for taking Mandera County to court to cut allocation of devolved funds to the county.
The URP elected senator termed Uhuru as a one term President and promised him ZERO muslim/Somali community votes come 2017.
