EXPOSED: HOW Jubilee CARTELS Distributed Ballot Papers to Preferred Candidates in Rift Valley and Mt Kenya Causing Artificial Shortage

Date:

Let me tell you what transpired yesterday, enough ballot papers were printed but cartels where in charge of the process and what they did was simple…….

For example in a constituency with 50,000 registered voters they printed 40,000 ballot papers for Parliamentary nominations. They divided the ballot papers between their preferred candidate and voters, their candidate will tick the 20,000 in his favour and distribute to his cronies to stuff the ballot boxes in different polling stations as they vote and the remaining 20,000 ballot papers was to be distributed to polling stations and used during actual voting. In the end as the counting starts their candidate starts with 20,000 votes and even if he gets 3,000 in the actual election the guy will still win with 23,000 votes. Same for Senate, Governor, Women Rep etc…

The same guys will still attempt to steal using the same method but this time they will get away with it because no one will postpone nominations citing IEBC deadline……dawa ni mlolongo or else we will have the highest number of independent candidates this coming elections.
