Wajir County governor Ahmed Abdullahi, through his Director of Communication Mr. Yahya M. Dahiye has refuted and condemned the false and cheap propaganda being circulated in social media by his opponents.
He termed the allegations “blatant, malicious, outrageous and far-fetched” and said he will remain focused on delivering his mandate of serving his people.
Governor Abdullahi said these are efforts of his opponents trying to divert the public from real issues of concern.

BLATANT LIES BY DETRACTORS
The blatant allegations circulating in social media are malicious, outrageous and far-fetched. They should be treated with the contempt they deserve.
While he will remain focused on delivering his mandate, he expects that those seeking to provide alternative political leadership in our county will dedicate more time to promoting their ideas and plans for the county and shun malicious and defamatory propaganda.
We believe this is part of their efforts to divert the attention of the public.
Governor Ahmed is currently in Nairobi attending to ODM and NASA matters and will on Thursday represent Wajir County at the launch of NASA flag bearer in Uhuru Park on Thursday.
