10,000 Marked ballot papers for Hon Waluke (Jubilee) intercepted at Lwakhakha border post, Bungoma county. The cargo is now in the hands of Lwakhakha police station. The culprits detained. Lwakhakha is a border point linking Kenya and Uganda.
