IEBC Chairman has said the results being streamed into national TVs are not final and that the commission will follow the law in announcing the official results.
Chebukati promised that Iebc will review all back documents and also carry out an audit to authenticate results.
Chebukati was non committal on allegations by Raila Odinga on system backing.
