Raila should not even appeal these results. Let him go and rest. Even in the Bible, people preferred a thief over Jesus!!! Raila has been demonized, the people he has assisted have shortchanged him, despite his contribution to Kenya, people keep insulting him more and more, including some who qualify to be his kids and/or grand kids.
This man has put his life on the line in service to his country throughout his adult life. He has spoken against anything that he feels is a threat to this nation. He has been held in detention while fighting for a broader democratic space in this country.
A million years from now, I know his name will still be read, and talked about!!!
Let Raila go and make himself available to the people who matter in his life. Let him go and rest, rest and rest. Ida must have missed Raila more than anyone else, including his children and grand children. Let baba go and avail himself to them.
Let Kenyans be, and let’s see if they won’t, at any given moment in time, cry for Baba to do which many aren’t willing (leave alone being able) to do!!!
