There is stand off at Bomas of Kenya after a meeting between Raila”s NASA coalition and IEBC officials led by Commission chair Wafuka Chebukati ended without success.
NASA team raised serious issues that put the commission on shame especially the discrepancies noted in forms 34A and 34B.
Chebukati lashed at Commission CEO Ezra Chiloba for sending out word that the commission was ready to announce the winner yet more than 10000 forms 34A have not yet been verified.
Briefing the press live from Bomas, NASA coalition lead counsel James Orengo (SC) revealed chairman Chebukati was surprised to see protocol officers preparing for arrival of president Uhuru.
Orengo also raised issues with press briefing done by Chiloba on behalf of the commission yet the Commission chairman is the ultimate spokesman of the commission.
