Minutes after the Supreme Court ruled that Raila NASA be allowed to access IEBC servers via Super Administrator Rights but with (read only access), victorious senior counsel James Orengo took to the floor of the Court where he emotinally narrated the the dark days during the KANU regime and the strides Kenya has made in advacing democracy.
Orengo took the court down memory lane reming the court the many struggles they staged together with senior counsel Paul Muite and others. He recognized AG emirutsus Amos Wako and AG Githu Muigai for seeing through the 2010 constitution and the subsquent operational statutes that have put the country back to a functioning democracy, at this point SC Paul Muite was touched and also seemed to get emotional.
