Supreme Court Of Kenya has Ordered CANCELLATION of Uhuru Kenyatta August Win and orders a repeat of Presidential elections

As was highly expected Njoki Ndungu and Justice JB Ojwang ruled against the decision

Its a 4:2 judgement for Raila Odinga

SUPREME COURT – THE DECISION

Orders

“1. Presidential election was not conducted in accordance of the Constitution and the Law
2. The Third Respondent was not validly elected as the President-elect and was thus null and void
3. The 1st Respondent to organise fresh elections within the next 60 days.
4. Each party to bear its own costs.”
