Date:

The three Jubbilee MPs Hon Moses Kuria (Gatundu South), Ferdinand “Clifford” Waititu (Kabete) and Kimani Ngunjiri (Bahati) have been “arrested” and are being detained at the CID headquarters for calling for the ASSASSINATION of Premier Raila, Circumscion of and EVICTION of Luos from Nakuru respectively.

Meanwhile Police are currently hunting down for three ODM MPs Hon.Aisha Hon Jumwa, Hon Junnet Mohammed and Hon Timothy Bosire for demanding that arrest and prosecution of Hon Kuria, Ngunjiri and Waititu over hate speech.

The three are being victimised for demanding action against Kuria and also stating that they may be forced to call on other communities to rise up and defend themselves if Hon Kuria and his Mt Kenya colleagues continue with inciting their community.

The three MPs were among the ODM team that demanded action within 24 hours from the Inspector General of Police.

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has surrendered to the CID on Kiambu Road shortly after IG Joseph Boinnet summoned him and five other MPs.

Sources said Kuria surrendered on Monday after leaving Kimende and is recording a statement alongside Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu.

The Gatundu South MP was summoned for allegedly calling for Cord leader Raila Odinga’s assassination .

“Some people are masters of disinformation. They said I mentioned the Luo community today. I did not. But they control social media,” Kuria said on his Facebook on Sunday.

He is facing three charges of incitement to violence, hate speech and fanning ethnic hatred.

Kuria had refused to present himself to police, reportedly saying in his address in Kimende that there are leaders who have issued hate remarks but have not been arrested.
