Breaking news: Ex CS Rashid Echesa arrested

Former sports cabinet secretary Rashid echesa has been arrested.
The former sports CS was captured on video slapping an IEBC official in Matungu on March 4, 2021 during a constituency by-election.

The former ODM youth leader was on the run since yesterday when police launched a manhunt for the Mumias goon leader.
