Nyakach member of parliament Aduma Owuor has been arrested in Kisumu today.
The legislature who was having lunch in Gor Mahia Hotel was whisked away by detectives for irregular payment of over 60 million to a law firm.
He is being transferred to Nairobi for grilling.
