“If you can’t honor us with your 90 minutes, why should we queue for hours to vote for you?” Kenyans to UHURU

Date:

NASA Presidential aspirant Raila Odinga has proved his critics wrong by giving a sterling performance at the Presidential debate held yesterday at the Catholic University of East Africa (CUEA)

Raila arrived at the debate accompanied by his lovely wife Ida and was ushered in by organizing Chairman Mr. Wachira Waruru.

The NASA flag bearer who appeared well rehearsed and confident, expounded on a number of issues he will deal with when he assumes office as President.

His main challenger Uhuru Kenyatta chickened out of the debate, something that angered his supporters who could not hide their disappointment on social media.

They castigated the Presidential advisors for misleading the President not to attend, hence giving Raila an upper hand.

In the end, Raila emerged winner because he had all the 90 minutes to himself. During the discussion, interviewers were NTV’s Linus Kai Kai and KTN’s Joe Ageyo.

The interviewers hurled questions at him but he responded swiftly and articulately to the end.

At the end of the program, Kenyans scolded President Kenyatta by asking him why he thinks they should trust him with their votes if he cannot honor them with his 90 minutes.

Here are some of the screenshot quotes as extracted from Dennis Itumbi’s wall showing how supporters of the president scolding him:
