ICT Project Manager
Co-op Bank is looking for an ICT Project Manager to lead, plan, and deliver cutting-edge ICT projects with precision and impact. The bank is focused on enhancing its technological framework, and the role of the ICT Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring that these projects are successfully executed, within scope, on time, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- A Degree in an ICT-related field, with a solid understanding of project management principles.
- Proven experience with PMP or Prince2 certification, demonstrating expertise in managing large-scale ICT projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing ICT projects, with a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- A demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and deliver impactful results while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
As an ICT Project Manager at Co-op Bank, the successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to drive the digital transformation of the bank, ensuring the timely delivery of projects that enhance the bank’s technological capabilities and improve its service delivery.
Cloud Engineer
In addition to the Project Manager role, Co-op Bank is also seeking a Cloud Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and management of the bank’s Corporate Private Cloud. As cloud computing becomes an integral part of the bank’s IT strategy, this position will be crucial in ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of the cloud infrastructure that powers the bank’s operations.
Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure.
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, with a focus on operations, development, and optimization.
- Certifications such as MCSE, VMware, RedHat, EMC, and Cisco are essential to demonstrate technical expertise.
- Experience with building, managing, and maintaining private cloud environments, particularly in the financial services sector, is a significant advantage.
