Inspector General can atleast tell Kenyans who this senior police officer is, he is of the rank of at least Chief Inspector or superintendent. Anybody knows this officer?
Well, Inspector general was at NTV where he had an interview with Linus Kakai and he answered nothing;
Linus Kaikai: Why were the student brutalized?
Boinnet: I was coming to that.
Linus: Why is any one suspect not in court?

Linus: Mr. Boinnet, the students were being beaten in their hall of residence…..
