  1. Only Uhuru knows what the line up will be. The others cannot be sure and are only wishful thinking and are hoping the promises made to them will be kept. Only promise that might be kept is whatever has been promised to Moi. Looks like Uhuru will be happy since he gets to keep his powers, if this is true.

  2. Why don’t the Kenyan people start formulating their own BBI and lineup? Too many politicians in Kenya never seem to be punished for poor performance, like the current crop of legislators who are quite and inactive when it comes to solving the most pressing of Kenyans apron lens. They can only complain online and in political rallies, but not in parliament or senate, unless they are doing it merely for show. No solutions ever presented, only noise. That is why the can claim to not fully having understood the consequences of what they did when they raised the debt ceiling. You are not supposed to just take the government’s word. Check it, verify and verify again and, if necessary, pass a law along with the bill to ensure that the money is used in a certain manner. You can even come up with your own budget, on insist on changes before approval. But when will you get time for that when you are always at one political rally or another. My suggestion, since we are bent on increasing legislators, one man, one woman from each of Kenya’s ethnic groups in the senate. Reduce, or leave as is (preferably reduce) the number in parliament (no nominated members, no women reps). Give senate the ability to veto any bill that comes out of parliament, that the do not like.
