Interior ministry sets up county commissioners for election roles
The Jubilee government has compelled county administration structure into their election management with the intention of using them to tilt election results.
The secret scheme could determine the outcome of the general election as evidence emerges of an ongoing nationwide installation of satellite based communication gadgets into the residences of regional and county commissioners.
According to highly placed sources at Harambee House which houses the Ministry of Interior & Coordination Of National Government, regional and county commissioners, who have sweeping powers on national security issues, have had sophisticated communications systems installed with GSM eavesdropping ability and capabilities to intercept encrypted data sent over the same GSM networks.
Those in the know allude to an intricate plan to infiltrate the IEBC result transmission system which has been outsourced to the three major GSM service providers in the country.
Regional and county commissioners have powers to direct and coordinate all central government functions and programmes within their jurisdictions and would be very handy in national power transfer scenario, whether constitutional or unconstitutional.
Some commissioners who have declined to have the equipment installed in their homes have been transferred to high risk hardship areas and their positions immediately taken over by officials from perceived “friendly communities”.
It remains to be seen how the NASA Coalition react to the latest revelations that come hot on the heels of a shocking exposè that Kenya Defence Forces are joining the politocal process with unspecified roles.
