Thousands of Kenyans are logged into the ICC Website waiting for publishing of the ruling on the “NO CASE TO ANSWER” submissions filed by William Ruto and Joshua Sang in October last year.
The stakes are higher as the liberty of both DP Ruto and his co-accused Joshua Sang depends on it and also the reputation of the ICC as a dispenser of justice for the worst crimes as well as the victims of the 2007 post election violence.
Tension especially among supporters and the two accused should be equivalent to that experienced by one a waiting his HIV test status results, KCPE / KCSE results or an IEBC election resulting at the tallying centre…
