Supreme leader Raila Odinga has said he negotiated for NRM-KE leader General Miguna Miguna’s safe return when he held talks with with Uhuru Kenyatta at Harambee house last week.
The supreme leader was speaking in Ahero when he made a stop over on his way from Mosocho, Kisii County where he had attended the burial of NASA strategist Professor Aloys Tumbo-Oeri .
Ahero is the home town of Miguna Miguna.
The NRM general is set to return on 26th March and his lawyers have written to Interior CS Fred Matiang’I over the same.
Miguna was controversially deported and declared a non citizen of his mother Country after he participated in the swearing in of supreme leader Raila as the People’s President.
