JURISDICTION IS EVERYTHING; WITHOUT IT A COURT HAS NO POWER TO MAKE ONE STEP

“Jurisdiction is everything. Without it, a court has no power to make one step. Where a court has no jurisdiction there will be no basis for a continuation of proceedings pending other evidence.
