COTU boss Francis Atwoli and his wife Mary Kilobi are in mourning after the latter’s brother was shot dead by unknown assailants.
The KTN News anchor made the sad announcement on her Facebook on Wednesday, October 9, 2019.
“I can’t believe this hot brother of mine Emmanuel Weyusia has gone to be with the Lord. Marsh we’ve lost you to some cruel people who shot you,” Kilobi mourned through a Facebook post.
The anchor emotionally eulogised his endeared brother.
“Marsh, you will forever be my big brother, our very protective bro. My Mama’s firstborn. How do I say RIP?” Kilobi wondered.
She sought comfort in the Lord, despite the tumultuous moment she was going through.
“God, it may not be well with me now because of how I feel but I still hold onto You for comfort. Even though You have allowed this pain to come my way, You are still my God,” Kilobi cried.
The motive of the incident has not been ascertained.
