PRESS RELEASE: UPDATE ON PARTY PRIMARIES
The National Elections Board of the ODM has called off the planned nominations exercise in Matungu Constituency due to unavoidable circumstances. Board Chairperson Hon. Judith Pareno says the exercise in the Constituency has been rescheduled for Monday 17th April 2017 .
The Board also regrets the late distribution of election materials in some areas in Kakamega, Narok and Samburu.
In the case of Butsotso East where there was a problem with the register and ballot box for the MCA, Ms. Pareno says the Board has since provided a solution and voting should proceed.
The Board wishes to report that majorly the exercise is going on smoothly in the four Counties.
