”Dear Matiangi, A Convict Does Not Judge A Judge,” Hon Otiende Amollo

Rarienda MP Hon Otiende Amollo has launched a scathing attack on interior CS Matiang’i over his remarks that the Judiciary is held captive by a clique of ‘evil’ judicial officers dancing to tunes of civil society activists.

Hon Amollo who is a top city lawyer and immediate former Ombudsman said the CS a convict who did not have any legal standing to judge a judge. He said that the utterances by the CS were stage managed attempts to try and sanitize impunity and illegality.

Indeed Matiangi should know that understanding the law is not like teaching high school english or reading set books, it needs training of total of 6 years to get basics of legal interpretation and may be 10 years to good at that. Matiangi should stick to his grammer and take advice of AG on matters legal.
