Truth behind Siaya fuel tanker explosion

Date:

Stop the propaganda against the poor residents of Gem. Let’s fix the greed of the rich !

‘’13 people killed in Gem Malanga, the tanker exploded when the locals were siphoning fuel after an accident.” That’s how the narrative was reported in many media outlets , they went further to blame the poor residents of Gem for having being killed by their own greed for free things. They even went further of calling them poor illiterate unpeople who do not value their own life, some western media outlets went as far as calling it suicide mission accomplished. But wait a minute, when the political elite have alienated the Gem people from any meaningful life, they have reduced the Gem people to spent all their time looking for food for their survival, they continue to make sure that the poor are blamed for their poverty. If we want to avoid such incidences let’s offer real social programs to our people , let’s educate them and stop bashing them , when the rich are burning money in useless things and robbing the poor left, right and center, majority of the Gem people are literally struggling to get food .

I would like to pass my condolences to those families that have lost their loved ones and tell them that they are victims of criminals who lead us today and Communist Party of Kenya will never forget them.
