1. Reduce the Counties to 14, plus
2. Make Nairobi City Extra Territorial State.
3. All Urban areas with Pop of over 500K Be Cities under a Mayor.
4. Reduce Cabinet to 24.
5. Scrap EACC & empower DPP.
6. Adopt Parliamentary System.
