WHY Uhuru Has Declared Tomorrow October 25th, To Block Opposition Challenging Election Laws In Court

Acting CS has declared 25th October 2017 as a Public Holiday.

The Election Amendment Laws may be signed into Law this evening.

The courts will be closed tomorrow as a result of the declaration and therefore there will be no chance to for the opposition to move to court for stay of the amendments.
