Uhuru Declared Winner With Just 38%, See Other Countries Where Repeat Elections registerered more than 65%

There are 4 countries where the Supreme Court has ordered repeat elections. The turn out has fared as follows:

1. Ukraine:Round 1: 75% vs Repeat 77%

2. Austria: Round 1: 69% vs Repeat 74%

3. Maldives: Round 1: 88% vs Repeat 87% vs run-off 91%

4. Kenya: Round 1: 80% vs Repeat 38%

Scholars should someday try to explain why 8.1m voters in Kenya who voted on 8/8 stayed away from the ballot in the repeat election.
