Date:

At least 13 pupils have been confirmed dead and 39 others seriously injured following a stampede at Kakamega Primary School.

Confirming the 5pm incident, Kakamega Central OCPD David Kabena said the pupils were leaving their classes heading home when the stampede occurred on a staircase.
