Supreme Court should be disbanded and new 7 judges appointed. The current 7 judges, CJ included have failed the moral and intellectual compass of Judiciary.
The current Supreme Court has performed below bar and not lived up to the ideals that we envisaged in the new constitution promulugated in 2010. They have failed and disappointed us and their lack of integrity gives a very bad picture to the entire judiciary in Kenya. Let them go in peace!
