WHY Kenyans Must Give Uhuru A BREAK for Insulting Turkana Governor Hon Nanok, Doctors, Teachers, Wameza mate among others

Before you ridicule our good president Uhuru Kenyatta for his frequent and seemingly unpresidential anger outbursts, start by blaming his upbringing.
Lest you forget, Uhuru Kenyatta is not your ordinary modern-day president. By all means, his upbringing was princely.

His father, a revered post-independence Kenya’s first president, was in all aspects – except by name – Kenya’s first ever king. By the way, all first African post independence presidents were not only kings, they were demi-gods too. They were conveniently overrated. Blame colonialism.

Uhuru Kenyatta grew up getting whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted it. That is the nature of any king’s favourite prince. Uhuru was without doubt Jomo’s blue-eyed boy. See why our president finds any opposition quite unfamiliar and disgusting?

When you see him wondering why doctors are on strike, instead of slaving it out in our ill-equipped hospitals; blame his upbringing. When you see him wondering why mere poor mortals in drought ravaged and remote corners of this country, such as Turkana, can’t “hail the king” when he shows up in their villages; blame his upbringing too.

Can these villagers’ votes really change the fact that he was born prince and a natural heir apparent to this kingdom called Kenya? Whether you give him your votes or keep them, he believes he still remains royalty, with all the wealth and trappings that befit a king. And he did not mince his words when he furiously lectured the poor villagers of Turkana yesterday.
