Reliable sources indicate that Machakos Governor Dr. Alfred Mutua has regained his senses after realizing he is not going anywhere with Jubilee.
Reports indicate that Mutua realized the ground was getting hostile by the day and he’s not welcome anywhere in Ukambani. Wherever he goes, he’s booed and heckled.
Word making rounds indicate he is yet to make a public pronouncement and apologize to the entire Kamba Nation so as to recapture back his Machakos seat.
Pundits have however said it is too late for him to redeem his blemished image since the people of Machakos seem to have settled on Wavinya Ndeti.
Here is what he was forced to say yesterday at a function in Machakos after people booed him:
“I withdrew my support for Jubilee and I am no longer campaigning for Jubilee or their presidential candidate. Please my people, don’t associate me with Jubilee.
