It was tough job controlling crowds as ODM leader Raila Odinga joined Siaya residents in celebrating Ugunja MP Hon Opiyo Wandayi’s development initiatives in the constituency and also for standing strong in Parliament against Jubilee regime. Hon Wandayi was named the best performing MP in parliament for two years running.
