A report circulating on social media prepared by the CDF Audit commission quetions a number of deals and goes a head t0 qualify the report meaning the accounts prepared by his CDF committee were not a true and fair presentation of facts.
The audit report indicates several malpractice including inflating of prices for goods delivered.
