Uhuru ally Lawyer Don Kipkorir CALLS for the ARREST of EACC Boss Philip Kinisu over NYS Waiguru CORRUPTION

Date:

Philip Kinisu Must Be Arrested & Charged With Corruption

Philip Kinisu was the CEO of PwC and we made him the Chairman of EACC thinking he would introduce good corporate governance and begin genuine efforts to combat corruption. And NYS that is the poster child of corruption was his main assignment. How wrong we were. Whilst settling down as the Chairman, he begun doing business with NYS and its previous parent Ministry of Devolution and making nearly Kshs. 300m in less than six months. Money he would never have made as CEO of PwC in even 10 years!!!!

Kinisu is the embodiment of what truly ails our country; we see public service as a gravy train and we have no shame making Kshs. 300m in six months and claiming it is above board. If Kinisu family is good in business as he claims, let him publish his family business accounts for the last ten years for us to know its trajectory.

In the meanwhile, Kinisu and his wife ought to be arrested and charged with theft, abuse of office, conflict of interest, improper enrichment, nepotism, money laundering et al …. And for good measure, financial terrorism! The charge sheet ought to have 100 Counts.

People like Kinisu subvert the ideals and dreams we have for Kenya. People like him think pesa ya serikali ni pesa ya bure!
