here was jubilation and razzmatazz in Mosocho, Kitutu Chache South at the burial of ODM strategist professor Aloys Tumbo Oeri when Kisii Spokesman hon Simba ‘Alert’ Arati arrived at the venue.

Business came to a standstill when word went round that hon Arati had arrived. The funeral emcee had to hold business for more than minutes to let the crowd settle before proceeding.

When he took it to the rostrum to talk to his people, the crowd went frenzy. The shockable fake and tired elders that were sponsored to denounce him were in attendance too.

They were evidently disgraced following the true love people showered their chosen son. Arati commiserated with the bereaved as he expressed his heartfelt condolences.

After the speech, some of the elders approached hon Arati and apologized to him for the previous slur.

On his message, hon Arati termed the late Tumbo Oeri as a man of passionate convictions who loved education and development.

He said Omogusii has lost a true son of the soil whose passion of bringing Omogusii community together will remain indelible to future generations.

After his speech, The people’s President H.E. Raila Amolo Odinga lauded him for endeering himself into the hearts of Omogusii thusly to be endorsed unanimously as the Omogusii spokesman.

Baaba asked him to organize for a mega rally in the historical Gusii Stadium as soon as possible. He pledged to be the guest.

Gusii leaders in attendance acknowledged the super reception accorded hon Arati and promised to work together with him.
