A hotly contested arbitration dispute has cleared the way for The Nairobi Hospital to initiate recovery proceedings against consultants of defrauding The Premium Hospital through fictitious works, and fraudulent overstated works overpriced quotations and inflated bill of quantities ( IN THE MATTER OF ARBITRATION BETWEEN: KARAGO & ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS –AND- THE NAIROBI HOSPITAL.)
The premier hospitals new board came into office with the promise of ending malpractices and initiating execution of open, fair and transparent practices. This is the first step in ensuring the organization recovers millions lost through shoddy procurement and underhand deals.
