Gov. Cyprian Otieno Awiti this is the price of mediocrity, thievery and vagabond policies operated by your malignant administration. Below is the house of the County Commisoner, its up in flames burning like brushwoods; burning like the great Michigan fire of 1871; burning like sinners in hellfire. There is no functional fire extinguisher or fire brigade on sight or around unless one is pulled from Kisumu Airport over 120Kms away. The ones you bought were dead ducks crawling on their belly like pole dancers. Awiti, woe unto those who watched you fail, but like teachers in a school: they decided to make you repeat! I once read from John C Maxwell that “to add value in others: you must first value them.” I am torn Awiti. You are neither adding value or valuing residents of the confluence county….
Cyprian Otieno Awiti look at your Fire Emergency Department putting off fire yesterday in this house of the County Commissioner! If everything Midas touched turned into Gold: Everything Awiti touches turns into TRASH. The govt should quickly dissolve HBC County and send Awiti into prison for 17000 years. Such senile delinquents have no place in modern day leadership. He just lacks the sophistication, creativity and imagination needed to wiggle through today’s societal challanges. Like a castrated rat, he is simply unproductive.
