WITHDRAWAL OF MY SECURITY DETAIL
I have learnt that the Government has recalled all the security officers attached to offer protection to me and my family as the duly elected Governor of Nyamira County. No explanation has been given for the sudden withdrawal. I am not bitter over the move and with or without security, I will continue to discharge my duties as the duly elected Governor of Nyamira County. I urge the people of Nyamira and the whole nation of Kenya to continue praying for harmony and peace in this trying moments as a nation. I hope that one day , the will of the people and the fidelity to the Constitution and respect to the rule of law will be respected.
