A seven-storey building collapsed on Monday morning in Kirigiti village, Kiambu town.
The building fell on a nearby houses causing injuries to four people.
Efforts to rescue a family that is believed to be trapped inside are ongoing.
Kiambu Governor Kimani Wamatangi and police officers are on site to lead the rescue operations.
